Job Summary
Pilatus Flugzeugwerke Ag is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Seville, Spain. As a key member of our production engineering team, you will be responsible for establishing work instructions and planning documents, determining production times, and calculating manufacturing costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the headquarter to establish work instructions and planning documents
- Determine production times and calculate manufacturing costs
- Provide technical supervision, support, and continuous improvement of structural assembly operations
- Initiate and introduce construction or process changes
- Moderate problem-solving between engineering, quality department, and shop floor team
- Support the engineering department regarding producibility of aerostructures and respective optimizations
Requirements
- Basic education in a technical profession with a relevant polytechnical further education or Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- At least 5 years of manufacturing experience
- Good user knowledge of SAP, PLM software such as Siemens Teamcenter, CAD, and MS Office
- Practical Lean Manufacturing know-how and mindset
- C1 levels in Spanish and English required, German would be an advantage
