Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Procurement, Corporate Materials and Services to join our team at IFF. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Corporate Materials & Services (CMS) Category in the EMEA Region, driving strategic sourcing and cost-effective solutions for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute category strategies to achieve business objectives and optimize supplier portfolios.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring alignment with IFF business objectives and participating in category teams to align sourcing strategies.
- Lead the development of strong sourcing capabilities within IFF in EMEA, supporting the organization in delivering successful corporate materials and services regionally.
- Perform spend analysis, assess market intelligence, and develop full market analysis to drive results and achieve strategic objectives.
- Implement a disciplined application of IFF's strategic sourcing methodology, driving year-over-year savings and continuous improvements in working capital.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with a strong understanding of category management and supplier development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, combining office and remote work.
