Senior Manager, Procurement, Corporate Materials and Services

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Procurement, Corporate Materials and Services to lead our corporate materials and services category in the EMEA region. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to source a competitive and cost-effective regional portfolio of materials and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong sourcing capabilities within IFF in EMEA to support the organization in delivering successful corporate materials and services regionally.
- Maintain connections with internal stakeholders to understand demand and future trends in their needs.
- Develop regional category strategies for corporate materials and services to ensure objectives are met with lowest life cycle costs.
- Implement strategies within the portfolio, driving results and achieving strategic objectives.
- Execute a disciplined application of IFF's strategic sourcing methodology, including continual spend analysis, market intelligence, and full market analysis.
- Identify and approve new vendors to diversify the supply portfolio.
- Understand and apply the principles of SRM within the category and region, developing new and existing supplier partnerships and collaboration to support growth strategy with innovation and technology.
- Provide continuous impactful communication to stakeholders, advocating for the regional spend.
- Negotiate master agreements with strategic vendors.
- Negotiate and resolve vendor performance issues and negotiate claims, when necessary.
- Ensure coordination within the EMEA region and with other regions within IFF.
- Optimize and continuously improve service quality through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Reduce working capital through payment term negotiation and collaboration with stakeholders on long-term plans and initiatives.
- Provide functional guidance to the resources assigned to you (Senior Buyer).
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Science/Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
- Related experience in services procurement, supplier relationship management (more than 10 years).
- CPSM or SPSM or related certification in supply chain or procurement excellence.
- Strong knowledge of business practices and financial concepts/impact/analyses.
- Solid financial acumen ideally acquired through a commodity procurement role (involving hedging).
- Strong people skills, project management, and experience in cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent oral and written skills in the English language.
