About the RoleWe're seeking a talented Analytics and CMS Manager to join our Connected Consumer Engagement team, driving eCommerce innovation and digital solutions across our leading portfolio of global brands.
This role is crucial in using analytics to enhance our digital presence, directly leading the CMS to update and build new sections, ensuring our content remains dynamic and engaging.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in achieving our D2C strategy for Diageo and its brands in Southern Europe, focusing on detailed analysis of the performance of our digital channels and content to advise data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Analytics Execution: Conduct detailed analyses of our website's performance, focusing on content engagement and e-commerce effectiveness.
- CMS Management: Take charge of leading our Content Management System (CMS), creating new sections, uploading content, and ensuring optimal user experience.
- A/B Testing and Optimization: Lead A/B testing efforts, applying findings to content presentation and e-commerce strategies.
- Strategic Content and E-commerce Integration: Use insights from analytics to guide the integration of content and e-commerce.
- Collaborator Partnership: Work closely with content creators, e-commerce teams, and technical staff to optimize digital experiences.
Soft Skills:
- Outstanding skill in analyzing data to extract important insights.
- A hands-on approach to CMS management with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to convey analytical findings to non-technical partners.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in analytics tools, including Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), and Excel.
- Experience in leading CMS platforms and efficiently managing website content.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Vtex).
- Practical experience with Google Tag Manager.
