Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Representatives. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and qualify new lead opportunities to drive increased revenue in specific target vertical markets.
  • Generate prospective customers through "warm and cold calling" and lead qualification from marketing leads, telemarketing services, and web.
  • Build relationships with specific channel partners relevant to your accounts and opportunities.
  • Develop end-user relationships and communicate specific sales propositions.
  • Attain all set targets and achieve KPIs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry and the competitive posture of the company.
  • Engage in joint strategic and tactical planning with your Account Manager.
  • Provide all tasks associated with account management, including evaluations, licenses, renewals, and quotations.
  • Provide accurate forecasting along with your Account Manager.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle on all smaller opportunities, including renewals.
  • Take ownership of specific marketing campaigns for your region/accounts, utilizing the Telemarketing Team for initial calling.
  • Provide feedback on the success to the broader sales and marketing team.
  • Stand-in cover for your Account Manager when absent, including forecast reviews and being the first point of contact for your accounts and channel partners.

Required Skills:

  • 18 months proven sales track record within an inside sales role, ideally within the IT Industry – security, networking, or hardware.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Motivated, self-starter, and able to deal with ambiguity.
  • Hunter type mentality.
  • Excellent communication capabilities.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to exceed targets and KPIs.
  • Self-confident with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
