Exciting Opportunity in Sales

Hello, we're Europe Language Jobs, a leading recruitment agency with a global presence. We're looking for a talented Sales Business Developer to join our international sales team.

As a Sales Business Developer, you'll play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth for our company. You'll be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, cross-selling and upselling our services, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquisition of new clients: Find potential clients and offer them tailored solutions.
  • Identify sales opportunities: Keep an eye out for chances to grow and expand our business.
  • Cross-selling and upselling: Offer additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
  • LinkedIn Networking: Connect with industry contacts to promote Europe Language Jobs.
  • Goal Analysis and Strategy: Work with the team to analyze goals and plan strategies.
  • Outbound Calls: Follow up on client inquiries and offer advice on using our services.
  • Client Advising: Guide clients on how to use Europe Language Jobs effectively.
Requirements:
  • Languages: Proficiency level of English +
  • Spanish Experience: Proven sales experience in an online context (1-2 years)
  • Skills: You are proactive, eager to learn, and highly motivated. You have previous relevant experience in sales and are not afraid to pick up the phone. You are a friendly and positive team player, willing to work in an international environment. You want to develop a career in sales. You are able to identify customer needs and have excellent listening and communication skills.
