Job Title: Sales Business Developer

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for business development and a drive to succeed? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Business Developer to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Business Developer to join our team in the OBP Sales department. As a Sales Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, as well as maintaining existing client relationships. You will work closely with our OBP Consultancy-Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align sales strategies and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Conduct high-level meetings with executive-level clients to discuss business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Generate engagement with clients through regular communication, including emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Report regularly on sales performance and progress to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
