We are seeking a highly skilled Service Project Manager to lead projects within our Operating Unit High Voltage Service. As a key member of our Project Execution team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Manage all aspects of projects to meet customer requirements, ensuring technical, safety, quality, sustainability, and financial targets are met.
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plan documents, including scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
- Project Monitoring: Oversee project implementation, ensuring best practices in cost control, resource efficiency, risk management, and health, safety, and the environment.
- Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and address project risks, sharing lessons learned with the team.
- Contract Negotiation: Coordinate contract negotiation and claims with customers, in collaboration with our Legal functions.
- Project Deliverables: Achieve project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements.
- Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a multinational environment, with experience in managing project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors.
- Skills: Excellent organization and communication skills, with the ability to carry out work in an orderly manner. Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Additional Requirements: Current work permit valid in Spain, with knowledge of SAP and PMI certification considered a plus.
