Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our +40 stores across Spain and Benelux. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technology-related challenges, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive IT support to Front Line Associates (FLAs) and store staff, including onsite and remote assistance.
- Support Microsoft Windows-based workstations and hardware, as well as other IT equipment such as printers, scanners, and card terminals.
- Manage network and internet connectivity, including phone and alarm systems, and serve as the point of contact for escalations.
- Troubleshoot issues with MS Windows operating systems and various software applications, collaborating with other IT teams for issue resolution.
- Install and set up new store networks and hardware, including telecom, Wi-Fi, PCs, and other equipment.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for store issues, with onsite support in Spain only when necessary.
- Manage telecommunications, including network, internet, and phone issues, and serve as the primary escalation contact for IT-related issues.
- Act as the help desk for Concept Stores in Spain and the primary escalation contact for IT-related issues.
- Manage WUPOS certificates and currency software issues, and serve as the point of contact for transactional support.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, with strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and experience supporting Windows 10/11 in an enterprise environment.
- Experience working with Active Directory, remote support tools, and printers.
- Professional written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Proven problem-solving skills, a robust technological background, and an understanding of business processes.
- Previous experience in the money transfer industry is preferred.
