About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and spearhead the launch of Willow360, our innovative cloud-based workflow management solution for B2B businesses.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive the success of a new product and take full ownership of both sales and digital marketing efforts. You will have the chance to make a direct impact on Willow360's market growth and potentially lead a team as the business develops.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Creation and Execution: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, web) to promote Willow360 to the B2B market.
  2. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities by targeting relevant businesses through online outreach and digital campaigns.
  3. Content Development: Create engaging digital content and marketing materials to support sales efforts.
  4. Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the development and marketing teams to refine campaign strategies, optimize messaging, and improve lead quality.
  5. Sales Conversion: Convert leads into clients by showcasing Willow360's value through digital content.
  6. Data Management: Track and analyze sales metrics and performance indicators, providing regular reports to management.
  7. Market Insights and Strategy: Provide ongoing feedback from the market, including customer needs, competitor activity, and product improvement suggestions.
Requirements
  1. Experience in Sales and Digital Marketing: At least 2 years of experience in both B2B software sales and digital marketing, with a proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  2. Content Creation Expertise: Ability to create engaging digital content and marketing materials.
  3. Business Development: Strong background in business development, with experience in identifying new market opportunities.
  4. Project Management and Leadership: Experience managing projects and teams is a plus, as this role may grow into a leadership position based on product success.
  5. Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns. Excel in delivering measurable results, with a particular focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  6. Collaboration and Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the development and marketing teams and other departments to ensure consistent messaging.
