The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Implementation Specialist to join our Implementation Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing expert guidance, and ensuring a smooth transition to our platform. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and driving customer success.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboard new customers, providing personalized guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
- Develop and execute tailored rollout plans, ensuring seamless integration with our platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure customer success.
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Native or near-native fluency in German.
- Fluency in English (written and oral).
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with C-level stakeholders, defining their requirements and concerns in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first mentality.
