Fashion Communications Administrator

About the Role:

The Fashion Communications Administrator is a key member of the Global Fashion Communications PR team at Primark España. This role will be responsible for the coordination of the press office and showroom, focusing on the management of samples, image databases, press requests, and influencer activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the online image banks regularly and update the wider team.
  • Research necessary collateral for press events proposals and seasonal trend activations.
  • Write all types of effective PR materials, including drafting press releases, social media plans, event running orders, and briefing documents.
  • Pitch to online press, print, and influencers.
  • Compile fashion and news alerts for global markets and keep an updated calendar of comms in line with the wider brand comms marketing calendar.
  • Support the implementation of PR strategies in line with the global marketing calendar and Primark brand.
  • Manage media and influencer gifting, seeding, and production of goody bags for media and events.
  • Manage the day-to-day PR samples to media, influencers, and external agencies.
  • Ensure samples are recorded, monitored, and stored appropriately and returned in a timely and organized manner if required.
  • Manage and file press folders and reference material, archiving press clippings and tracking all brand coverage received daily through Unicepta and our own influencer monitoring system, Wearisma.
  • Assist with ad-hoc day-to-day press activity, press events, in-store events, and influencer activations.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the ever-changing social media landscape, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging tools.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of 360 influencer marketing campaigns, agencies, and how paid activations work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
