About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent French-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our vibrant team at CPM International. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Dyson customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from existing and potential Dyson customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues with their orders or devices.
  • Utilize leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to guide clients in solving problems with their machines.
  • Identify opportunities to promote new and exciting Dyson products, as well as existing products, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as a Dyson Ambassador, educating customers on Dyson Technology and demonstrating a thorough understanding of Dyson's products and brand values.
Requirements
  • Fluent written and spoken French.
  • Good level of English to communicate with our international team.
  • Eligibility to work in Spain.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high-quality experience across various channels.
  • Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
  • Solution-oriented approach to provide the best outcome for customers.
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize workload, with the ability to work under pressure.
