Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Smart Process Analytics to join our Business Process Analytics & Modelling Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the transition from legacy platforms to advanced process mining environments, promoting capabilities to businesses and regions, and supporting teams with expertise and skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the fast transition from legacy platforms to advanced process mining environments.
  • Promote advanced capabilities to BASF businesses and regions.
  • Support teams with expertise and skills to turn smart analytics and design into tangible end-to-end process improvements.
  • Contribute to the strategic roadmap for process analytics and design.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or diploma in business administration or information sciences.
  • At least 4 years of business or business consulting experience.
  • Good project management skills and experience in agile working.
  • Operational experience in in- or outbound supply chain and/or operational process improvement.
  • Proven record of translating report and dashboard findings into business benefits and automation.
  • Good knowledge of respective SAP modules and other standard systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven business process mining tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, and a business mindset.
