Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Specialist in Smart Process Analytics to join our Business Process Analytics & Modelling Team. As a key member of our team, you will drive the transition from our legacy platform to a new process mining environment. You will promote the advanced capabilities of our new tool to BASF businesses and regions, and support teams with expertise or skill. Your goal will be to turn smart analytics and design into tangible end-to-end process improvements.

Responsibilities

- Promote the advanced capabilities of our new tool to BASF businesses and regions
- Support teams with expertise or skill
- Turn smart analytics and design into tangible end-to-end process improvements

Qualifications
- Master's degree or diploma in business administration or information sciences
- At least 4 years of business or business consulting experience
- Good project management skills and experience in agile working
- Operational experience in in- or outbound supply chain and/or operational process improvement
- Proven record to translate report and dashboard findings into business benefits as well as automation
- Good knowledge of respective SAP modules
- Knowledge of other standard systems is welcome
- Hands-on experience with the AI-driven business process mining tool 'Celonis' is welcome
