Key Responsibilities:- Develop and present cost plans, including estimates at conceptual, programming, and detailed levels.
- Assist in feasibility studies and procurement report writing.
- Manage procurement, including pre-qualification, bid analysis, and contractual document compilation.
- Participate in post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
- Lead cost management teams and ensure timely and accurate cost checking and valuation processes.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in cost estimation, preferably in data center or high-tech sectors.
- Spanish language skills are advantageous.
- Strong technical knowledge in cost management areas, including pre-contract, post-contract, and final account.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Great organizational skills and ability to multitask.
