Senior Cost Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Manager to join our dynamic team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cost management services to our clients across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clients through all stages of projects from feasibility to post-contract, ensuring value for money.
- Develop and implement cost models and plans, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement processes.
- Analyze and optimize operational and financial performance, reducing financial risk and improving commercial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Cost Management / Quantity Surveying.
- Chartered with the RICS, or equivalent.
- Strong measurement and cost planning expertise.
- JCT / FIDIC experience.
- Commercially astute with good negotiation skills.
- Excellent people person and great communicator.
