Senior Cost Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for delivering cost management services to our clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to maximize operational and financial performance
  • Manage and negotiate contracts to ensure value for money for clients
  • Provide commercial pricing and modeling expertise to drive value for money
  • Lead clients through all stages of projects from feasibility to post-contract
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects

Requirements:

  • Chartered with the RICS or equivalent
  • Strong measurement and cost planning expertise
  • JCT / FIDIC experience
  • Commercially astute with good negotiation skills
  • Excellent people person and great communicator
