Join Our Team as a HSE Support Specialist

Adecco is seeking a highly skilled HSE Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental protection in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of safety and quality policies.
  • Manage internal and external requirements related to labor safety, environmental protection, and other areas within your scope.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement, aligned with our company's standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs for safety, health, and environmental awareness.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending actions with external service providers (e.g., hygiene measurements, reports, and risk assessment updates).
  • Coordinate routine environmental tasks and manage suppliers of safety and environmental materials.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
  • Knowledge of internal auditing (ISO 14001 and 45001) is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage.
What We Offer:
  • Indefinite contract and direct employment by the company.
  • Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 6 pm, with the possibility of teleworking 1-2 days a week after the probationary period.
  • Travel opportunities for training and professional development (expenses covered by the company).
  • Salary between 26-27k brutos per year.
