HSE Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Coordinator to promote a culture of safety and sustainability within our manufacturing plants worldwide.

This role involves developing and implementing action plans, preventive measures, and driving the implementation of Nordex Group HSE standards and management systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the HSE management system, standards, and processes, ensuring alignment with Corporate HSE and plant HSE teams.
• Define HSE standards and requirements for third-party manufacturers.
• Support functional management on HSE issues and communication sharing.
• Coordinate HSE activities across all manufacturing plants to improve safety culture.
• Support engineering teams on new product design and industrialization projects and developments.
• Perform specialist HSE tasks such as hazardous material evaluation.
• Drive diverse HSE improvement and optimization projects within manufacturing, coordinating with headquarter teams and plant teams.
• Represent the manufacturing organization in global improvement projects.
• Lead data collection methods for manufacturing plants regarding HSE parameters and reports, including data required for Sustainability reporting.
• Audit plants to evaluate the implementation of the HSE management system.

Your Profile:

• University degree (Engineering or similar technical degree) with Health and Safety Advisor Training.
• Additional environmental qualification desirable.
• At least 2 years of experience in the role of Health, Safety, and Environment specialist in a manufacturing environment.
• High English Level (working language).
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Good intercultural awareness.
• Ability to work in teams.
• Logical thinker who relies on data for decision making.
