Finance Excellence Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Excellence Partner to join our team at Roche Diagnostics Spain. As a key member of our Finance Excellence team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Billing to Cash process for our customers is seamless and efficient.
Your primary responsibility will be to maintain fluid contact with our customers, aiming to simplify processes, reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and Account Receivables. You will be responsible for the billing and collection management assigned to your area, the evolution of the receivables balances, and the correct processing of the invoices to be presented in each of them.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire Invoice-to-Cash process for the customers in your area of responsibility.
- Analyze and execute the necessary invoice corrections, following established procedures.
- Manage special billings, open accounts, post-billings, and credits.
- Search for and obtain the necessary documentation to perform post-billings and maintain the customer master file.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar.
- Customer orientation, analytical skills, proactivity, and adaptability to change.
- Knowledge of SAP, EDI, Sales Force, and Microsoft Office will be valued.
- High level of English knowledge is essential for participating in national and global projects.
- Availability to travel frequently throughout Spain.
