We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Excellence Partner to join our team at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the Billing to Cash process for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the billing and collection process for assigned customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Billing to Cash process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the process.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in finance, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SAP, EDI, and Microsoft Office.
