Finance Excellence Partner: Strategic Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Management Professional to join our Commercial Conditions team within the Finance Customer Partner department at Roche Diagnostics Spain.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: Properly manage the upload of contracts to SAP, preventing, detecting, and resolving incidents, with a focus on automation to minimize price differences against Roche.
- Customer Management: Ensure the correct automatic capture of customers (existing and new) under the billing method by test, ensuring the total billing of all parameters extracted by the Middleware, and quarterly monitoring of contractual conditions for the detection of possible inconsistencies.
- Process Oversight: Have an overview of the Contract - Orders - Invoicing - Collections process.
- Procedure Execution: Execute, document, and analyze established procedures, being proactive in detecting problems, looking for the origin, proposing improvement solutions, and performing follow-up.
- Department Support: Provide support to the rest of the department as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar.
- Skills: Customer orientation, analytical skills, proactivity, adaptability to change, IT environments, high-level Excel and office tools, SAP system, business knowledge, decision-making, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
- Language: Both English and Spanish professional language skills are required.
