Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze project contract documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare and issue contract documents to our supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Monitor changes in project scope and pricing of variations, maintaining financial and contractual control.
- Issue contractual notices and evaluate loss and expense/acceleration claims, providing expert analysis and recommendations.
- Provide fast, accurate, and competitive estimates, leveraging data and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Prepare monthly commercial project reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Manage and forecast project cash flows, ensuring financial stability and growth.
- Liaise with clients, main contractors, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Essential Criteria
- Academic qualifications (Degree) or relevant experience in the industry.
- 3-5 years' experience in a QS role on Data Centres or large-scale projects.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- A wide understanding of work contracts.
- A working knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical Work Packages.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
