Dit is jouw functie
Als (Senior) Manager Corporate Finance fungeer je als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en ondersteun je hen bij het maken van weloverwogen financiële keuzes met betrekking tot de aan- en verkoop van hun onderneming. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de tijdige en nauwkeurige uitvoering van diverse projecten en de aansturing van het team. Je rapporteert aan de eindverantwoordelijke van het project.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:
Adviseren en begeleiden van transacties; Identificeren en acquireren van nieuwe opdrachten; Internationaal samenwerken aan grensoverschrijdende deals; Coachen en begeleiden van junior en medior professionals; Voorbereiden en geven van trainingen; Ondersteunen bij de verdere groei van de praktijk.Dit is jouw team
Ons hechte team van ongeveer 15 gemotiveerde finance professionals werkt dagelijks samen voor onze klanten. Daarnaast collaboreren wij intensief met onze directe collega's vanuit Financial Advisory Services om onze klanten optimaal te bedienen. RSM Utrecht is gevestigd in een historisch pand met een prachtige tuin waar je in de zomer heerlijk buiten kunt lunchen. Deze authentieke werkplek is centraal gelegen en goed bereikbaar. Hier werk je samen met ongeveer 100 collega's, waaronder specialisten in Real Estate, belastingadviseurs en accountants, evenals onze M&A en Corporate Finance teams.

Als Manager in Corporate Finance ben je ondernemend en hecht je veel waarde aan teamgeest. Je kunt prioriteiten stellen en knelpunten in projecten signaleren, waarbij je initiatiefrijke en analytische vaardigheden cruciaal zijn.
Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:
Afgeronde WO opleiding in (Technische) Bedrijfskunde, Econometrie, (Bedrijfs-) Economie of een andere relevante universitaire richting; Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; Minimaal 7 jaar relevante werkervaring bij een internationale adviesorganisatie is een pré; Aantoonbare affiniteit met Corporate Finance en DGA's en/of Private Equity; Resultaatgericht en in staat om mee te bewegen met verschillende uitdagingen, met een focus op mid-market ondernemingen; Je deelt onze waarde: kwaliteit boven kwantiteit en maatschappelijke betrokkenheid.Dit bieden wij jou
