About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Manager to join our team at NH Hotels Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Analysis and Planning
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions
  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
Corporate Finance and Strategy
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage financial planning and analysis processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and profitability
Financial Reporting and Compliance
  • Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage financial compliance and risk management processes
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes

Requirements

  1. Experience
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a hospitality or tourism industry
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software
Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
