About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to join our team at Feverup. As an Operations Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency and process improvements across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with defined goals, objectives, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to different stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues, and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a project management role or consulting background, with a successful track record of managing and delivering complex projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fluent English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
