Job Summary

Nutreco is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for leading projects that drive quality, efficiency, and innovation in our animal nutrition business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project management plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including budget, scope, and schedule
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong business acumen, with a understanding of financial and operational metrics
