Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our industrial projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on industrial and logistics projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with client requirements for all personnel working on site, including staff, temporary staff, subcontractors, and service providers.
  • Direct the project by mastering technical skills, managing risks, and optimizing results.
  • Assimilate all disciplines involved in the project, manage the project budget, and arbitrate technical options.
  • Provide a strategic vision of the project to partners and stakeholders, and federate them towards success.
  • Commit and federate all energies towards project success, set and prioritize operational manager objectives, and give meaning to the project.
  • Lead the transfer of knowledge, particularly know-how within the project, and contribute to the exchange of information throughout the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in relevant companies, particularly in project management of industrial plants or logistics warehouses.
  • Project perimeters/previous experience in works of 200-400 Million Euros.
  • Open to other cultures, with a European/international environment.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, with a good level of French an asset.
