About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at IQ. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver blockchain and AI projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive team
  • Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams to promote innovation and best practices
  • Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager
  • More than 5 years of experience
  • Able to lead generation of new product features and analyze results
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering projects on time and within scope
