About the Role

**Senior Clinical Project Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a Senior Clinical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing clinical projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • **Project Planning and Management**: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • **Team Leadership**: Supervise and mentor a team of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Clinical Trial Administrators (CTAs) to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable laws and regulations.
  • **Client Management**: Collaborate with sponsors and investigators to ensure project deliverables meet their needs and expectations.
  • **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • **Communication**: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including sponsors, investigators, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • **Bachelor's degree** in a relevant field, such as life sciences, healthcare, or business.
  • **Minimum 5 years** of experience in clinical project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • **Proven track record** of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality and compliance.
  • **Excellent communication and leadership skills**, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
