We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Innovaderm Research. As a key member of our clinical trials team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
  • Client Interactions
    • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Quality and Risk Management
    • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as clinical research or project management.
  • Experience
    • At least 10 years of experience in clinical project management, including management of complex projects and teams.
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Excellent knowledge of GCP and ICH standards, local country regulations, and clinical trial management.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
    • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
