About Us

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Shared Operations Services team to drive business success.

Your Role:

  1. Monitor and improve the operational performance of our HQ Operations team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  2. Develop and implement process improvements, specifying requirements for short- and long-term solutions that drive business growth.
  3. Take ownership of projects, planning their setup, implementing innovative ideas, managing throughout the project duration, and evaluating successes and areas for improvement.
  4. Serve as the point of contact for local Operations teams and other departments, providing process clarity and support.

Your Skills:

  1. Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Practical experience in operations, project management, or a startup environment.
  3. Fast adapting personality with a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and independent work.
  4. Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills with fluency in English - verbal and written.
  5. Very good proficiency with MS-Office, especially MS-Excel.
