Are you ready to shake up your career and take on a new challenge? We're looking for a talented Digital Business Development professional to join our team at Recruit4Work Sl. As a key member of our Sales Development team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving growth through innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects and develop tailored sales approaches
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails to engage with C-level decision makers and build rapport
  • Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available Cloud solutions
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.Com to ensure accurate tracking and analysis
  • Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline
Requirements:
  • High proficiency level in German
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • Previous sales experience (preferably B2B)
  • Experience with CRM
