Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Achieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quotas and maintain a high level of activity daily and weekly.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on the benefits of our cloud solutions and help them understand how our products can address their business needs.
- Outbound Sales: Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails to engage with C-level decision-makers, build rapport, and assess customer needs.
- Needs Assessment: Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available cloud solutions.
- Data Management: Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com, including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve team and individual goals for key performance indicators such as productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline.
- Language Proficiency: High proficiency level in German and fluency in English.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- CRM Experience: Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce.com.
