As a Business Performance Manager at Kone Elevadores, you will play a critical role in driving and monitoring the company's business performance. You will provide financial insights to key business leaders and the Finance Director, ensuring that business activities are conducted in accordance with our Financial Control Model (FCM).
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to understand the business logic and dependencies between key operational processes, relationships, and metrics.
- Provide financial guidance and support to the organization, promoting and ensuring adequate finance understanding in the business.
- Evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the company's short, medium, and long-term financial and competitive position.
- Manage and analyze the financial performance, ensuring that key reporting principles and correct costing parameters are implemented and followed.
- Analyze and understand the weekly/monthly actual performance of the business, as well as the deviations compared to planned performance.
- Provide executive summaries of performance to business leaders and contribute to the development of actions to address any deviations.
- Support the planning and forecasting processes, ensuring that plans and forecasts are consolidated and reported forward in a timely manner.
- Master's or bachelor's degree in finance or a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in controlling and consolidation.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Italian language skills are a plus.
- Excel and SAP working knowledge.
- Ability to work with deadlines and good organizational skills.
