About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Importante empresa. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and growth of our analyzer product lines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute product portfolio strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product lines meet customer needs and stay competitive in the market.
  3. Manage product life cycles, including product launches, updates, and discontinuations.
  4. Work closely with customers and marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  5. Develop and manage pricing strategies to ensure optimal revenue and profitability.
  6. Ensure smooth distributor onboarding and offboarding processes.
  7. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  1. Several years of experience in product management or a related field.
  2. Experience working in a regulated industry, such as IVD or pharmaceuticals.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in other languages an advantage.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
  5. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
  6. Ability to balance short-term and long-term goals, with a focus on delivering results.
  7. Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
