About the Role

Stryker Iberia S.L. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team in the Iberia region. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new products in the trauma and orthopedic markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development and launch plans
  • Manage product development timelines and budgets to ensure successful product launches
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing or product management in the medical devices industry
  • Experience working with implants, ideally in the orthopedic and trauma sector
  • Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English (C1)
  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field
  • Demonstrated experience in providing strategic support and leadership
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
