About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Collections Associate to join our team at Everyday Loans. As a key member of our collections team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers are supported in managing their debt.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect customer debt in arrears in line with regulatory and company policies.
  • Work closely with customers to understand the reason for arrears and explore individual circumstances.
  • Implement fair solutions that meet the needs of both the customer and the company.
  • Meet individual and team targets each month.
  • Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve performance.
