German Business Development Representative

Our journey began with humble beginnings, selling board games from the back of a van, and has since evolved into a global sales network with a turnover of over €500m last year.

The role of a German Business Development Representative involves:

Identifying New Business Opportunities

Search for new leads in your territory, focusing on shops that sell toys, games, and related products. This includes:

  • Toy stores
  • Military game stores
  • Tattoo and model stores
  • Stationery and art stores
  • Newsagents and bookstores
  • Gift shops and computer stores
  • Musical instrument stores

Cold Calling and Sales

Make a high volume of cold calls to potential customers, convincing them to have a serious conversation about stocking our products. This requires:

  • Over 50 calls per day
  • 12 appointments booked with accompanying sample packs sent per week
  • Over 8 hours of conversations per week
  • 1 new stockist per week

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2 or more years of sales experience
  • C1 or fluent German language skills
  • B2 English language skills
  • Cold calling experience
