Account Specialist with Italian Language Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Account Specialist with Italian language skills to join our Advertiser Success Team (AST) in Spain. As an Account Specialist, you will work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts to help them meet their advertising goals through opportunity identification, account optimization, and campaign creation.
Key Responsibilities- Work with advertisers to identify business opportunities and create advertising campaigns that meet their goals.
- Optimize end-to-end ad campaign performance to fulfill advertiser objectives.
- Monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular activity reports and data insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to solve issues blocking advertiser performance and improve advertiser experience.
- Provide education to advertisers on Amazon Advertising products through 1:1 programs and online trainings.
- Support advertisers in setting up campaigns and resolving issues related to their campaigns.
- Lead kickoff calls with advertisers and drive discussion using a preset agenda.
- Interpret data trends and create keywords lists, bids, and budget suggestions.
The Advertiser Success Team (AST) supports Amazon's worldwide advertisers in meeting their advertising goals. Our team has three functions: Onboarding, Pre-EAS, and Managed Optimization. As an Account Specialist, you will be part of the Pre-EAS function, working with tenured advertisers who do not have an in-country Account Manager.
Requirements- Hold a Certificado de Discapacidad issued by the Administration in Spain, pursuant to Royal Decree 1/2013, Nov 29, approving the Spanish PwD Act.
- Bachelor's degree and/or 6 months related work experience.
- B2+ fluency in English and Italian (writing, reading, speaking, and communication).
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- 1+ years of experience in online advertising, sales, marketing, and/or e-commerce.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Digital Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience within EU Student Programs Teams or business internships.
- Experience managing global clients and owning their performance goals.
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Passion for online advertising and a track record of delivering results.
