Senior Ads Campaign Specialist with Dutch Language Expertise

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ads Campaign Specialist with Dutch language skills to join our team at Amazon Online Spain, S.L. This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, analyzing performance, and implementing optimization solutions to increase efficiency and meet clients' KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, including Standard and High Value advertisers
  • Review each account in detail to understand current performance and engage with advertisers to understand their goals and expectations
  • Lead kickoff calls with advertisers and drive discussion using a preset agenda
  • Execute end-to-end ad optimization, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze account performance against key metrics and identify, recommend, and implement optimization solutions
  • Monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular activity reports and insights
  • Work with Account Management, Sales & Marketing, and Product teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance
  • Prepare documents around best practices, SOPs, and framework for innovations
  • Identify opportunities to improve Amazon Advertising's product based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • +2 years related work experience
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (writing, reading, speaking, and communication)
  • Experience in a data and results-oriented environment with external customer interaction
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA in Digital Advertising or other related Master's degree
  • 2+ years' experience in online advertising, sales, marketing, and/or e-commerce space
  • Proven success in business development, advertising, or account management roles
  • Flair for data & analytical knowledge (Advanced Excel, basic SQL knowledge is a plus)
  • Google Ad Words / Bing Ads certification will be an added benefit
  • Experience contacting and providing solutions for companies' needs in a target-based environment
