Position Overview:

Your role will involve assisting bank customers through various communication channels, including calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat, ensuring a high standard of service while informing them about cutting-edge digital banking solutions available in the Dutch market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support related to banking inquiries, account setup, password recovery, transfers, and more.
  • Manage back-office tasks such as responding to emails and messages.
  • Promote banking products to clients.
  • Adhere to transparency and client protection regulations concerning investment products.
  • Report and monitor any discrepancies that arise during service delivery.
  • Meet the quality standards and sales targets established by the organization.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Fluency in Dutch (C2 level).

  • Full-time schedule of 38.5 hours per week, with shifts from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., including two days off each week and two weekends off per month.
