About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ATC Delivery Manager to join our team at Siemens Mobility Spain. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of ATC subsystems for national and international railway signaling projects.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Project Leadership: Lead the ATC delivery activities in one or more signaling projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  2. Requirements Analysis: Conduct project requirements analysis activities at ATC sub-system level to provide a complete solution for the project.
  3. Project Planning: Create and maintain the ATC delivery project plan, coordinating milestones with the Technical Project Leader.
  4. Budget Management: Control and monitor the ATC delivery budget in the project, ensuring delivery execution within available budget.
  5. Team Coordination: Coordinate the different roles contributing to the ATC delivery in the project.
  6. Technical Documentation: Prepare specific technical documentation according to project requirements and applicable regulations.
  7. Bid Support: Support the bidding team, working with stakeholders to ensure completeness in the proposed technical solution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience in Rail Signaling: Proven experience in a rail signaling business, with a strong understanding of ATC subsystems.
  2. Data Analysis: Advanced capabilities in data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including creation of VBA macros.
  3. Requirements Management: Experience in requirements management, specification, traceability, and validation, with knowledge of requirements management tools such as DOORS.
  4. CENELEC Standards: Knowledge of CENELEC standards and V-life Cycle models.
  5. International Projects: Experience in international projects and ability to work with teams distributed in several countries.
  6. Communication Skills: Ability to work in teams, with good communication skills and a results-oriented approach.
  7. Leadership Experience: Experience leading technical project teams with or without direct disciplinary responsibility.
  8. Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken English, with fluent Spanish desirable.
  9. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
