- Process Development: Set standards and processes around best practices for our partner integrations.
- Knowledge Sharing: Provide internal training, documentation, and knowledge sharing on partner systems and how to leverage these integrations effectively.
- Communication: Communicate with our distribution partners via messaging, phone, video call, email, and onsite during workshops and demos.
- Tool Utilization: Use Klarna tools to communicate and coordinate across many teams.
- Software Solutioning Experience: 3+ years of software solutioning experience or system integration experience.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of building solutions and getting things done with a structured and analytical approach.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- E-commerce Familiarity: Familiarity with e-commerce shop systems or payment systems, specifically platforms and plugins.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated individual who takes ownership and drives solutions.
