Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Lifecycle Manager to join our team. This role will focus on developing and executing multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement across the user journey, with a primary emphasis on building a personalized experience at each stage of the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement automation and campaign strategies to optimize member journeys
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for retention and engagement touchpoints
  • Design and execute new subscriber engagement and content marketing initiatives
  • Own the subscription lifecycle and identify churn reasons
  • Test new ideas and collaborate with data teams to drive insights
  • Create and execute programs enhancing transparency of subscription benefits
  • Advocate for subscribers across the company
  • Manage triggered campaigns across multiple channels
  • Deeply understand the customer experience and develop segmentation
  • Implement personalized marketing campaigns across channels
  • Improve customer loyalty and retention strategies
  • Own retention marketing KPIs and A/B test campaigns
  • Align and report retention metrics with insights regularly
  • Collaborate with product, paid media, brand, business intelligence, and engineering teams
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
