Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst/ Project Lead to join our Advanced Analytics team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of how we market and price our products by managing a global, cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive WW analytics initiatives, partnering closely with Data Science team.
- Build and gain consensus on project proposals including benefits, budget, and resources.
- Create and manage partnerships with cross-functional teams to staff and execute on requirements.
- Manage the execution & delivery of analytics projects to our customers.
- Drive benefits and adoption of tools and recommendations that are a result of our analytics project deployments.
- Be main point of contact for the users, ensure training delivery and solution improvement based on their feedback.
- Present results and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Project Management certification: PMP or Agile preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading global cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous international experience, working in a global team is a plus.
- Previous work experience in Pricing related fields is also a plus.
