Your RoleAs a Senior Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will involve:
- Conducting thorough analysis of business requirements and translating them into detailed project specifications.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document business processes, workflows, and data requirements.
- Developing and maintaining requirement documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Utilizing in-depth knowledge of insurance processes to inform project decisions.
- Providing insights and recommendations to optimize business processes and improve data management practices.
- Ensuring alignment of project outcomes with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Strong understanding of insurance processes across various lines of business, including Life, Claims, Commercial Insurance, and Risk Management.

- Technical proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and data integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
