About the Role:
We are looking for a positive, self-motivated individual with just the right combination of leadership skills and professional business acumen to lead a team or a process from day one. As a Graduate Area Manager, you will be responsible for the training and integration of your team, while driving progress and excellence. You will exercise sound judgement, making sure progress and targets are realistic and achievable.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Flexibility to relocate for the position if needed
- Willingness to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including nights and weekends
