- Performance Analysis: Analyze performance data and suggest process improvements to optimize work and improve customer service.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes and ensure seamless operations.
As an Area Manager, you'll work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site. You'll also monitor and maintain process efficiency, prioritizing routine team management and daily operational tasks.
Being a key part of the operations team involves working with colleagues in other teams and external partners to meet customer demands and targets. This will involve analyzing data and performance metrics with leaders in your business area, as well as discussing operational pros and cons of technical improvements with engineers.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree (or working towards one) is required.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language is essential.
- Data Analysis Experience: Relevant experience in performing data analysis is necessary.
While not required, preferred qualifications include experience communicating with stakeholders, working in a logistical environment, and using the MS Office suite in a professional setting.
